Receptionist / Admin Assistant — Bonjour Baby Ultrasound Boutique Part-Time | Stoughton, WI | 8-20+ hrs/week About Us Bonjour Baby Ultrasound Boutique is a boutique keepsake ultrasound studio dedicated to creating warm, memorable experiences for expecting families. We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented team member to help our studio run smoothly. Role Overview Our receptionist/admin assistant is often the first face our clients see. You'll keep the front of house running like clockwork — from greeting clients to managing the day-to-day details that make our studio feel polished and welcoming. Responsibilities Answer phones and respond to emails promptly and professionally Greet clients, manage check-in/check-out, and process payments Assist with scheduling and booking appointments Help maintain studio inventory and supplies Keep the studio tidy and presentable (light cleaning) Opportunity for additional hours: helping plan, host, and attend community/marketing events What We're Looking For Highly organized with strong attention to detail Clear, warm communicator — comfortable on the phone, in writing, and in person Reliable team player Efficient, self-motivated go-getter who takes initiative Comfortable with light physical tasks (cleaning, tidying) Available nights and weekends Schedule Flexible part-time, 8-20+ hours/week, with room to grow into event-based hours.
