Job Type :
Administrative Assistant/Receptionist Full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00-4:30
Primary Duties & Responsibilities :
Client Relations:
Warmly greet clients and manage a multi-line telephone system with professionalism.
Office Operations:
Coordinate the distribution of incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries; maintain a clean and welcoming office appearance.
Administrative Support:
Perform accurate computer data entry, maintain organized physical and digital filing systems, and assist with document preparation.
Equipment Management:
Operate standard office equipment including copiers, scanners, printers, and computers.
General Assistance:
Execute other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned to keep the office running smoothly.
Qualifications & Skills :
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, strong typing skills, and accurate data entry.
Execution:
Excellent organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and proactive time management.
Adaptability:
Ability to stay focused, multitask, and seamlessly prioritize duties in an active, fast-paced office environment.
Communication:

Compensation & Perks :
Competitive base hourly wage/salary (commensurate with experience). Paid time off / holiday pay after 90 days. 401K Please note: While we offer highly competitive direct compensation, we do not provide group health insurance benefits at this time.
