The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to manage multi-line phone systems. As a Phone Operator, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your role will involve handling incoming calls, dispatching inquiries, and performing various clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally using multi-line phone systems. Provide accurate information to callers and address their inquiries effectively. Maintain phone etiquette while ensuring a positive experience for all callers. Perform data entry tasks as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Assist with dispatching calls to appropriate departments or personnel as needed. Support front desk operations by greeting visitors and managing appointments. Carry out administrative duties including filing, record keeping, and clerical tasks. Collaborate with team members to improve communication processes and enhance service delivery. Requirements Proven experience in a similar role with strong clerical or administrative background. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems and familiarity with dispatching procedures. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks. Previous front desk or administrative experience is an asset. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
