This role is perfect for a go-getter with strong attention to detail and a desire to grow within the accounting department in the dealership. Automotive accounting experience is required. DMV experience is a plus! Key Responsibilities Review DMV paperwork for accuracy and submission (both in state and out of state) Follow up on Titles for payoffs with banks Applying for duplicate titles for lost titles on trade ins Support accounts payable and accounts receivable Process Dealer Trades and Wholesales Warranty product cancellations/refunds Stocking in vehicles with accuracy Filing Provide general administrative support to the office team Demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and a willingness to learn
