The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in the title industry and be able to manage files efficiently from opening through closing.
Responsibilities:
Open and process title files Communicate professionally with realtors, clients, lenders, and attorneys Coordinate file requirements and closing details Maintain accurate records and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
Minimum one year of title industry experience Detail-oriented and highly organized Fluent in English and Spanish Excellent written and verbal communication skills Notary certification preferred Experience with E-Closing "ClosingVue" software and Microsoft Office preferred We offer a competitive salary plus bonus opportunities To apply, please submit your resume and contact information.
