Requirements Requirements:

+ 3+ years of experience in a title, abstracting, or title research role + Strong background researching land records and title history at county courthouses + Experience reviewing title commitments, abstracts, ownership records, and legal documents from title companies and attorneys + Ability to identify title issues, discrepancies, and documentation gaps + Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational abilities + Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Interested?
