We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Title Clerk to support our dealership operations. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our administrative processes, including titling, deal documentation, OEM incentive claims, and more.

Wellness Reimbursement Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process vehicle titles accurately and in a timely manner in compliance with state regulations Review and package completed sales deals for submission to accounting and finance Submit and track OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) incentive claims to ensure timely reimbursements Handle daily bank deposits and maintain accurate transaction records Maintain organized filing systems for sales, finance, and customer records Communicate with internal departments, banks, and OEM representatives to resolve issues Support general office tasks including data entry, document management, and reporting Assist with auditing and compliance reviews as necessary Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support dealership operations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred Previous administrative or dealership experience strongly preferred Familiarity with vehicle titling, finance documentation, and OEM incentive programs is a plus Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday. Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.
