We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Title Clerk to join our growing automotive office team at our Burlington locations.
Position Overview:
The Title Clerk is responsible for processing vehicle paperwork, handling title and registration documentation, and ensuring deals are accurately billed and completed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and has strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Process vehicle title work and registration paperwork accurately and efficiently Submit all legal transfer documents to the DMV in a timely manner Verify documents and compliance for all vehicle sales transactions Maintain organized records of titles, registrations, and deal jackets Work closely with sales, finance, and accounting departments to finalize motor vehicle transactions Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance with dealership and state requirements Assist with additional office and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
Previous title clerk, notary public, or automotive dealership office experience preferred Prior work with online motor vehicle agencies is a plus Familiarity with CDK Dealer Management System is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality
