Your title and registration experience can make a difference across our dealership group. Auto Mart of NJ is hiring two experienced DMV / Motor Vehicle Title Clerks at $30 per hour. Help move vehicle purchases through the paperwork process accurately, resolve title issues, and keep customers and dealership teams informed. This role covers both New Jersey and out-of-state transactions across multiple dealerships. Location:

460 Lyons Ave, Newark, NJ 07112.

Pay:

$30 per hour. Responsibilities Prepare, review, and process New Jersey and out-of-state title and registration paperwork. Check deal documents for completeness and resolve missing or inconsistent information. Track outstanding titles, registrations, lien documentation, and processing deadlines. Coordinate with sales, F&I, office staff, customers, and relevant processing agencies on required paperwork. Maintain organized records and communicate promptly about delayed or incomplete transactions. Follow applicable title and registration procedures and protect customer information. Required qualifications At least 5 years of vehicle title and registration processing experience. Ability to handle both New Jersey and out-of-state transactions. Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through. Ability to manage paperwork for multiple dealerships and communicate clearly with other departments.

Schedule:

Full-time, on-site, 5 days per week.
