The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing vehicle titles, registrations, and related transactions while providing exceptional customer service. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to interpret state regulations, and excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. This job includes in-office training. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Process vehicle title transfers, registrations, and renewals accurately and efficiently. Review applications and supporting documentation for completeness and compliance with Oklahoma laws and regulations. Verify ownership documents, liens, VIN information, and required forms. Collect and process payments for titles, registrations, taxes, and fees. Assist customers with questions regarding title and registration requirements. Process REAL ID-compliant driver's license and identification card renewals, replacements, and updates. Review, verify, and authenticate identity, residency, and lawful presence documents to ensure compliance with federal REAL ID requirements and Service Oklahoma regulations. Educate customers on REAL ID requirements and assist them in obtaining the necessary documentation for issuance. Maintain accurate records and ensure proper filing of documents. Communicate professionally with customers, dealerships, lending institutions, and state agencies. Handle confidential customer information with discretion and professionalism. Assist with daily balancing of transactions and cash handling procedures. Stay current on changes to Service Oklahoma policies and procedures. Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and data entry. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to learn and apply state regulations and agency policies. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Must successfully pass a criminal background check prior to employment. Preferred Qualifications Previous title clerk, tag agency, DMV, banking, accounting, or administrative experience. Experience handling cash and balancing daily transactions. Knowledge of Oklahoma vehicle title and registration procedures. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
