Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Closing Processor to join our dynamic real estate team. In this vital role, you will manage the final stages of property transactions, ensuring all documentation, legal descriptions, and title records are accurately processed and compliant with underwriting guidelines. Your expertise will help facilitate smooth closings, support client communication, and uphold the highest standards of real estate transaction management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to successful property closures while working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. SoftPro Experience Preferred! Duties Review and analyze title search reports, public records, and legal descriptions to verify property ownership and rights. Prepare and process all necessary real estate documentation, including easements, legal descriptions, and title review reports. Utilize real estate transaction management software and mapping tools such as GIS to organize and track closing activities efficiently. Conduct thorough title processing by examining title records, researching public records, and ensuring clear title status in accordance with underwriting guidelines. Coordinate with clients, attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication throughout the closing process. Ensure compliance with real estate law and company policies by adhering to detailed underwriting guidelines during title review and documentation review. Maintain accurate records of all title searches, easements, legal descriptions, and mapping data for future reference and audits. Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication purposes. Experience with real estate law, title search procedures, easements, and legal descriptions to ensure accurate processing. Familiarity with real estate transaction management software and mapping software such as GIS for efficient workflow management. Strong research skills to locate and interpret public records, title records, and legal documents related to property transactions. Knowledge of title review processes, underwriting guidelines adherence, and real estate closing management best practices. Excellent client communication skills coupled with a customer service mindset to support stakeholders effectively. Previous law office or real estate documentation review experience is highly desirable for success in this role. Pay:
$15.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
