Title Clerk - BMT Ford Doggett Auto Beaumont, TX Job Details 21 hours ago Benefits On-the-job training Qualifications Customer communication Automotive sales paperwork processing High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Title Clerk Classification Non-Exempt Job Summary This individual will be responsible for Texas and out-of-state titles. Excellent team atmosphere with on the job training. Essential Functions Verify legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles (all-states) Post accounting entries related to all DMV transactions Complete DMV registration paperwork through Webdealer Enter all information needed for title administration in the computer system Ensure that tax and title documents are promptly and properly completed Promptly and professionally answer all incoming and internal calls Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Vision, Mission and Value in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors Qualifications High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (required) 1-2 years' experience- Title work; Texas and out-of-state (required) CDK experience (preferred) Typical Physical Activity Physical Demands consist of sitting, stooping, kneeling, reaching, lifting, standing, walking, typing, talking, and hearing The Title Clerk must perform the essential duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation efficiently and accurately, and without causing significant safety threat to self or others.
