Carrollton, TX Job Details Full-time | Contract $21.50 - $23.50 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Qualifications Microsoft Outlook Title document review Spreadsheets Title review Mortgage industry High school diploma or GED Full Job Description High School Diploma or GED, some college course work preferred 2-3 years' experience in residential mortgage handling title work Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer Experienced with title work, regulations, required documentation and codes for title clearance including title curative process and re-conveyance Experience with mortgage software a plus (example: Resnet, ivendor, Equator, HSC HomeSteps, etc.)

Pay:

$21.50 - $23.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
