Senior Right of Way Agent KLA Land Services LLC Midland, TX Job Details Temporary | Part-time | Full-time | Contract $350 - $450 a day 1 day ago Qualifications Project team coordination Written communication Customer communication Confidential information handling Property research for title search Interpersonal skills Employee relationship building Research Managing real estate transactions Land use permitting Patience Right-of-way Stakeholder relationship building Full Job Description KLA Land Services is looking for a Right of Way Agent proficient in title, permitting, and acquisition in the Permian Basin.
Job Requirements:
5+ years Right of Way experience Understands applicable laws, rules, regulations, Right of way policies, procedures, terminology, and Right of way/real property acquisition policies and procedures. Thorough understanding of various land-related contracts and agreements for construction, operation, and maintenance of existing and new facilities. Proficient experience with acquisition & relocation documents, notices, processes, and procedures. Ability to plan and organize workload, adjust to changing priorities, and work well under pressure with minimal supervision. Ability to complete right-of-way transactions independently. Ability to interpret alignment sheets and plats. Must be proficient in land title research. Must have strong oral and written communication skills and be customer-focused. Exercises good judgment and has experience handling confidential information. Demonstrate interpersonal skills to build relationships with others. Team Player The ideal candidate will be responsible for running projects from start to finish individually and as a team depending on the scope of the project. Must be proficient in title (5+ years), permitting, and acquisition. Majority of projects will be in Lea/Eddy county. Some travel required depending on title aspect or meeting landowners but majority will be remote.. (no per diem)
