DAA Seattle is seeking an experienced Title Clerk to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of vehicle titles and supporting documentation while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and verify incoming titles (VIN, tax, fees, documentation accuracy) Resolve title issues by communicating with buyers, sellers, and regulatory agencies Match consignor checks to titles and invoices Work closely with Arbitration on title-related claims Manage outstanding title reports and maintain accurate system notes Support Front Office operations and assist on Sale Day as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of automotive titling experience 1-2 years of customer service experience Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Valid driver's license Why Join DAA Seattle?
