This is primarily a production role, with opportunities to meet customers, develop proposals, and grow into sales responsibilities. We are a family-owned tree care company serving southeast Michigan since 1983. The right candidate will bring sound arboricultural judgment to daily operations and help our crews deliver high-quality work. What you'll do Perform and help lead pruning, removals, and other tree care work. Assess tree health, structure, and site conditions; recommend practical care plans. Apply plant health care knowledge, including diagnosis, treatment timing, and integrated pest management best practices. Communicate clearly with customers and explain recommended work. Identify sales opportunities in the field and, as the role develops, conduct consultations and prepare proposals. Support safe work practices, crew training, and consistent quality. What we're looking for Current ISA Certified Arborist credential. Professional tree care production experience and the ability to work hands-on with a crew. Familiarity with plant health care, common pests and diseases, and integrated pest management. Strong communication skills and an interest in customer-facing sales. A valid driver's license and a commitment to safe work practices. Experience with climbing, aerial lifts, equipment operation, pesticide applications, or sales is a plus. Appropriate pesticide licensing is also a plus.

Pay:

$36.00 - $42.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
