Description The Stonehill College Campus Farm is seeking Federal Work-Study students to assist with day-to-day farm operations. This hands-on role is a great fit for students interested in sustainable agriculture, environmental science, food systems, or simply looking to spend time outdoors while contributing to campus life. You'll work directly with the Farm Director (Samantha Reynolds) and gain practical experience in small-scale farming and land stewardship. Responsibilities Assist with planting, weeding, harvesting, and general crop maintenance. Help care for farm infrastructure (beds, tools, irrigation, fencing, compost systems). Support seasonal tasks such as bed prep, cover cropping, and season extension (row covers, high tunnels). Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe farm workspace. Support special events, volunteer days, or class visits to the farm. Other duties as assigned by the Farm Director. This position is not eligible for benefits.
