Job Description

Superior Wholesale is seeking a dependable, hands-on Farm & Nursery Equipment Mechanic / Maintenance Technician to maintain, diagnose, and repair a variety of equipment used in our nursery and farm operations. This position is ideal for someone with mechanical skills who enjoys working on different types of equipment. We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates, depending on experience and availability. Compensation is based on experience and mechanical skills. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on John Deere tractors and other farm equipment. Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs as needed. Maintain and repair pickup trucks, box trucks, trailers, and other company vehicles. Identify equipment issues and recommend repairs or preventative maintenance to minimize downtime. Assist with general farm and nursery operations as needed. Follow safe work practices when operating, servicing, and repairing equipment. Qualifications Mechanical aptitude and hands-on repair experience with vehicles, tractors, or heavy equipment. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical problems and perform routine preventative maintenance. Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple maintenance needs. Dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to assist wherever needed. Valid driver's license required. Additional Skills Preferred Experience operating farm equipment. Ability to assist with farm work, including cultivating, pruning, and general plant maintenance. Possession of personal tools is a plus.
