Swine Technician |

Farm Hand Location:

Fredericktown, MO Pay:

Starting at $17.50/

Hour Shift:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PROMAN Staffing is currently hiring Farm Laborers / Swine Production Associates for a busy livestock operation in Fredericktown, MO. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position for dependable individuals who enjoy working with animals and don't mind getting dirty.

Responsibilities:

Provide daily care for livestock including feeding, watering, and monitoring animal health Assist with shipping and receiving animals Administer vaccinations, treatments, and injections as directed Move animals safely using sorting boards and approved handling methods Wean piglets and perform routine processing procedures Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment through power washing, disinfecting, and manure removal Load, unload, and move supplies and materials throughout the facility Follow all safety, animal welfare, and biosecurity procedures Work respectfully and effectively with team members

Requirements:

Must love animals and be comfortable working around livestock daily Must be reliable with strong attendance Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Able to perform physically demanding work for the duration of the shift Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment Must be able to bend, lift, push, pull, and stand for extended periods Willingness to work in a fast-paced agricultural setting Must follow strict biosecurity protocols, including required shower-in/shower-out procedures

Additional Information:
