Johannes Farms is situated 7 miles northeast of Columbus, NE, and operates large-scale row-crop equipment. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow in a crop production environment or who already has hands-on experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Dependable, trustworthy, and punctual; strong work ethic required Able to work cooperatively within a small crew or handle tasks independently when needed Background in crop production and experience with large farm equipment preferred, though enthusiastic trainees will be considered Must have a clean driving record; CDL not required Interest in mechanics and preventative maintenance; pride in maintaining machines and fields responsibly

Primary Responsibilities:
