Full Job Description Schedule:

Approximately 20-25 hours per week initially, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as production expands. Position Summary The Cannabis Production Technician assists with the manufacturing, packaging, labeling, and preparation of cannabis products in a regulated production environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in producing a quality finished product. No cannabis experience is required—we are happy to train the right individual. Responsibilities

• Assist in the production of cannabis products according to established procedures.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products for distribution.
• Assemble and inspect products to ensure quality and consistency.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and compliance procedures.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment and workspaces.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and tracking inventory.
• Perform quality control checks throughout the production process.
• Support additional production and operational tasks as needed. Qualifications
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Previous manufacturing, food production, warehouse, or cannabis experience is a plus, but not required. Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand movements and fine motor tasks.
• Ability to work safely around production equipment. Schedule & Requirements
• Monday-Friday daytime schedule (hours may vary based on production needs).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Reliable transportation to our Liverpool facility is required.
• Background check may be required in accordance with company policy and applicable regulations. Compensation & Growth
• Starting wage of $20.00 per hour.
• Approximately 20-25 hours per week initially.
