Our client, a small cannabis farm in the Catskill Mountains , is looking for experienced Trimmers/Post-Harvest team members to help with their harvest. Legacy experience is welcome and valued. You don't need to come from a large licensed facility—we're looking for people who have real, hands-on experience working with cannabis flower and understand what quality looks like. What You'll Be Doing Hand trimming cannabis flower Bucking flower from stems Sorting and grading flower Weighing and organizing product Assisting with inventory and product counts Preparing flower for curing, storage, or packaging Keeping your workspace clean and organized Helping with other post-harvest tasks as needed What We're Looking For Previous cannabis trimming experience Experience with trimming, bucking, sorting, inventory, or post-harvest work Legacy cannabis experience is absolutely welcome Good eye for flower quality and attention to detail Able to trim efficiently without sacrificing quality Reliable and comfortable working as part of a small team Flexible availability Must be 21+ Why You'll Like It Here This is a small, hands-on cannabis farm—not a large corporate cultivation facility.
