Golden Bloom is looking for a passionate, dedicated, and self-motivated individuals to join our grow team. As a team member, you will be responsible for caring for and maintaining high quality and healthy plants, harvesting, sanitizing all equipment and grow rooms, and other general duties around the cultivation as they relate to the upkeep of plant health and production.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Working to maintain the health of plants by feeding and pruning throughout the growth cycle. Working collectively and respectfully with other cultivation team members. Document daily cultivation activities and report concerns. Clean, sterilize and maintain cultivation facility. Maintain a level of cleanliness and organization. Follow all safety regulations in accordance with company policies. Ensure an overall positive, safe and clean environment. Additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency, high energy, and hands-on approach. Ability to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it. Must have the ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Throughout extended periods, must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking throughout the workday. Must be able to multitask efficiently. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Team player with the ability to gain consensus through collaboration and open dialogue. Available to work 40 hours per week; including weekends if necessary.

$12.00 - $14.00 per hour
