FULL TIME
Cultivation Technician Assistant to support daily plant care and facility operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agricultural environment. This position assists the cultivation team with all aspects of plant production while maintaining strict cleanliness and quality standards. General Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily plant care, including watering, feeding, transplanting, cloning, harvesting and monitoring general plant health.
  • Perform pruning, defoliation, trellising, staking, and other canopy management tasks.
  • Monitor cultivation areas and report plant health concerns, environmental issues, or equipment malfunctions..
  • Clean and sanitize cultivation rooms, tools, equipment, and work areas.
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Reliable transportation and attendance.
  • Ability to work in warm, humid, and physically demanding environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience is preferred but NOT required. We will train and help you develop the skills necessary to excel in this position.

  • Weekends and holidays may be required based on operational needs. Compensation
  • Starting pay $18.
00 - $22.00 / Hour based on experience with a 60 day review. Bonuses and pay increases are earned through performance and are dependent upon an employee's ability to adapt, learn new skills, maintain reliability, and meet the expectations set forth by the Cultivation Supervisor. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional cultivation environment while contributing to the production of high-quality agricultural products.
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
