Based on experience We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Cultivation Technician to join our cannabis cultivation team in Jay, Oklahoma. This position is hands-on and requires someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced cultivation environment. Applicants should be reliable, detail-oriented, able to follow direction, and willing to assist with all stages of plant care and facility maintenance. Responsibilities Plant watering and feeding Defoliation and pruning Plant training and canopy maintenance Transplanting and plant movement Taking and caring for clones Cleaning and sanitizing cultivation rooms and equipment Preparing rooms for new plant cycles Assisting with harvests Maintaining an organized and clean work environment Identifying and reporting plant health, pest, or environmental concerns Following facility SOPs and Oklahoma medical marijuana compliance requirements Assisting the cultivation team with additional tasks as needed Requirements Must be dependable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule Reliable transportation to Jay, Oklahoma Ability to perform physical work for extended periods Ability to stand, bend, reach, lift, and work around plants throughout the shift Ability to follow detailed instructions and facility procedures Strong attention to cleanliness and organization Cannabis cultivation experience preferred Must meet all Oklahoma requirements for employment within a licensed medical marijuana facility Applicants with experience in commercial cannabis cultivation, cloning, defoliation, plant training, harvesting, or IPM are encouraged to apply.
