Augusta, GA 30906 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Division Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our division in Augusta, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing teams, and ensuring operational excellence to meet company goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the division's daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and growth targets. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the division. Build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team to meet operational goals. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. Collaborate with other departments to align division goals with overall company strategy. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
