Description:
PARK / SMOKE
MONITOR, Albany Care, Evanston, IL - FT Albany Care, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility (SMHRF) in Evanston, IL, seeks Full Time Smoke/Park Monitors. Starting pay rate of $17.00 per hour.
Available Positions:
7am-3pm, Monday - Friday 11pm-7am, Tuesday - Saturday If you take pride in your strong work ethic, and you seek to expand your professional skills and knowledge in the psychiatric care field, submit your resume today! Responsibilities of the
Park/Smoke Monitor:
Monitor the park across the street where our residents congregate/smoke for any potential behaviors or concerns Clean the park as needed Assess situations and prevent conflict Ensure safety, as necessary Provide beverages, such as water, to residents IND2
Requirements:

Park/Smoke Monitor:
High School Diploma Must be able to speak, read and write English Previous experience as a park monitor or similar position a plus Some experience in a mental health facility helpful Ability to use a two-way radio Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, and tolerate all weather conditions Must be personable and patient with residents, staff, visitors and law enforcement Must be compassionate, understanding and tolerant of individuals with mental disorders
