Production Supervisor Details:

Direct Hire position $26.00 to $27.00 /hour First Shift Supervise and lead production personnel on assigned shift to meet daily production goals Coordinate workflow, staffing, and resources to ensure efficient manufacturing operations Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications Enforce safety policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and compliant work environment Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and skill sets Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality, maintenance, and engineering Track and report on key production metrics (output, scrap, downtime, etc.) Support continuous improvement efforts, including process optimization and waste reduction Ensure proper documentation and reporting of production activities

Production Supervisor Qualifications:

3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Experience in panel fabrication, metal, wood, laminates, or similar materials preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to read and interpret production schedules, drawings, and specifications Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Effective communication and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and production tracking systems (ERP/MRP experience a plus) We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
