We're a paver cleaning, sand-setting, and sealing company serving Baldwin County, AL. Seeking a skilled, full-time Paver Leveling Specialist to remove, re-level, and reinstall pavers to ensure even, durable surfaces before sand and seal work.

Key Responsibilities:

Remove and inspect pavers for damage, fit, and alignment. Prepare and adjust base and bedding sand (or other base materials) for proper slope, grade, and compaction. Re-level and reset pavers to create smooth surfaces and correct drainage issues. Cut, trim, or replace pavers as needed for clean edges and proper fit. Compact and joint-sand pavers after installation; ensure joints are correctly filled and ready for sealing. Identify and report structural or drainage problems requiring additional repair. Work closely with crew on cleaning, sanding, and sealing when required. Maintain tools and equipment; follow all safety procedures. Communicate clearly with crew lead and customers when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience leveling, re-leveling, or installing pavers (driveways, patios, walkways). Strong knowledge of base preparation, bedding materials, grading for drainage, and compaction techniques. Experience cutting and fitting pavers; comfortable using hand tools and power tools (plate compactor, saws, tampers). Physically able to perform manual labor: lift heavy pavers, kneel, bend, and work outdoors in various weather. Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Reliable, punctual, and good communication skills. Valid driver's license preferred; own transportation a plus. Landscaping, hardscaping, or masonry experience is a plus.

Working Conditions:

Full-time outdoor work in Baldwin County; variable Gulf Coast weather. Physically demanding with frequent lifting and manual handling. Crew environment with travel between job sites.

Compensation:
