Job Description

Silverback Offroad Rentals - Now Hiring Customer Service & Rental Operations Team Member Silverback Offroad Rentals is looking for a hardworking, dependable, and customer-focused team member to join our fast-paced offroad rental operation. This is a hands-on, multi-purpose position working directly with customers and our rental machines every day.

Job Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers with a positive attitude Provide detailed safety and driving instructions for riding the dunes Inspect returned machines for damage, cleanliness, and fuel levels Refuel and clean ATVs, UTVs, and Jeeps Perform general cleaning and organization tasks around the property Help maintain a smooth and efficient rental operation Ensure customers have a safe and enjoyable experience

Requirements:

Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Must be comfortable around offroad vehicles and equipment Ability to lift, clean, and stay active throughout the shift Weekend and holiday availability required

Preferred:

Experience with ATVs, UTVs, Jeeps, or powersports equipment Mechanical knowledge is a plus, but not required
