Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Mobile Home Park Manager and lead the day-to-day operations of a thriving residential community. In this energetic role, you will oversee property management, tenant relations, leasing activities, and maintenance coordination to ensure a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for residents. Your proactive approach will drive community satisfaction and operational excellence, making a positive impact on residents' lives while supporting the growth of our property portfolio. Duties Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, and tenant communications to foster a positive community atmosphere. Oversee lease or rental agreement management, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and local landlord-tenant laws. Utilize property management tools such as Appfolio to maintain accurate records of occupancy, payments, and maintenance requests. Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management activities to uphold safety standards and property appearance. Handle legal administrative tasks related to lease agreements, contracts, and Section 8 or LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) compliance. Manage client relationships through excellent customer service, conflict management, and effective negotiation skills. Supervise team members in property management functions, providing leadership in sales, leasing, customer service, and administrative duties such as data entry and filing. Requirements Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with familiarity in property management company operations. Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 programs, and LIHTC compliance. Proficiency with property management software including Yardi, OneSite, and CRM tools; experience with Microsoft Office suite is essential. Demonstrated ability in conflict management, negotiation, and client communication to resolve issues effectively. Experience in facilities management, property maintenance coordination, budgeting, and office administration. Excellent phone etiquette coupled with customer service skills to handle resident inquiries professionally. Pay:
$15.58 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 per week
