Vacaville or Rohnert Park About the Role Birtcher Anderson & Davis is seeking an experienced Regional Community Manager to oversee the operations of multiple mobilehome park communities while also serving as the onsite Community Manager for an assigned mobilehome park. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for property operations, resident relations, financial performance, staff supervision, maintenance, safety, compliance, and capital projects. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive property management professional who can effectively manage both regional responsibilities and the daily operations of a community. Regular travel between assigned mobilehome park communities is required. Key Responsibilities Oversee operations and performance of multiple mobilehome park communities. Directly manage the day-to-day operations of an assigned mobilehome park community. Supervise, train, coach, and support onsite Community Managers and other property staff. Conduct regular property inspections and ensure communities are maintained to professional standards. Assist the Regional Director with annual budgets, management plans, and property objectives. Monitor operating expenses, vendor contracts, collections, and property financial performance. Oversee resident leases, rules and regulations, documentation, and compliance. Build positive relationships with residents and respond promptly to resident concerns. Support resident meetings, Resident Advisory Committees, and community relations programs. Oversee maintenance, repairs, capital improvements, contractors, and vendor performance. Ensure appropriate bids, insurance, permits, approvals, and documentation are obtained for construction and repair projects. Identify and address safety, fire/life-safety, OSHA, and insurance-related risks. Coordinate delinquent account collections and legal actions when appropriate. Manage vacant mobilehomes and assist with disposition of company-owned homes acquired through eviction, abandonment, or gift. Conduct and monitor monthly safety/OSHA meetings. Participate in emergency preparedness planning and maintain required safety procedures. Conduct monthly staff meetings and participate in hiring, performance management, and employee development. Complete special projects and other duties as assigned by the Regional Director. Minimum 5 years of property management experience, including at least 3 years at the Property Manager level, or equivalent experience. Mobilehome park, manufactured housing, affordable housing, or multifamily experience strongly preferred. Previous supervisory or leadership experience required. Strong knowledge of property operations, leasing, resident relations, maintenance, budgeting, collections, and vendor management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be comfortable working both in an office environment and in the field. Travel Requirements Regular travel between assigned mobilehome park communities is required. Travel may include property inspections, staff meetings, resident meetings, training, vendor/contractor meetings, project oversight, and operational support. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Physical Requirements Must be able to occasionally work outdoors and navigate mobilehome park communities, including walking properties and occasionally climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
