We're hiring a hands-on Crew Leader to lead a small crew while working alongside them in the field. Our ideal candidate is reliable, dedicated, and looking for a long-term position — most of our team has been with us for many years.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and work alongside a crew of 2-4 in the field
• Pruning, planting, weeding, and seasonal garden care
• Irrigation programming, troubleshooting, and repair
• Watch plant health and flag improvements for clients
• Train and mentor the crew; keep the job safe
• Maintain tools, equipment, and the vehicle

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 2+ years of maintenance experience, including crew leadership
• Solid plant and horticulture knowledge (CA natives a plus)
• Irrigation repair experience
• Valid CA driver's license with a clean record
• English required; Spanish a plus
• Organized, dependable, and a strong leader
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors year-round

PAY & BENEFITS

• $28-$35 / hour, based on experience
• Paid time off and paid holidays
