What they do
A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and work alongside a crew of 2-4 in the field
- Pruning, planting, weeding, and seasonal garden care
- Irrigation programming, troubleshooting, and repair
- Watch plant health and flag improvements for clients
- Train and mentor the crew; keep the job safe
- Maintain tools, equipment, and the vehicle
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of maintenance experience, including crew leadership
- Solid plant and horticulture knowledge (CA natives a plus)
- Irrigation repair experience
- Valid CA driver's license with a clean record
- English required; Spanish a plus
- Organized, dependable, and a strong leader
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors year-round
PAY & BENEFITS
- $28-$35 / hour, based on experience
