Job Description

We are seeking an Installation Foreman to join our team. As an Installation Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various hardscaping projects. This is a key role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who possesses excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the coordination and execution of projects assigned
Adhere to project timelines given by Project Manager and company Owners'
Work with the Project Manager to collaborate with architects and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
Manage a crew of 3-5 employees on a daily basis to keep everyone on task and the project moving along Preferred but not required:
Experience in hardscaping leadership or related role
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work well under pressure
