What they do
A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the coordination and execution of projects assigned
- Adhere to project timelines given by Project Manager and company Owners'
- Work with the Project Manager to collaborate with architects and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Manage a crew of 3-5 employees on a daily basis to keep everyone on task and the project moving along Preferred but not required:
- Experience in hardscaping leadership or related role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong problem-solving abilities We offer competitive compensation, based on experience.
