Job Description
Commercial Landscaping Supervisor - Crestview, FL A Perfect Landscaping Company is seeking an experienced, dependable Commercial Landscaping Supervisor to lead a crew maintaining commercial properties throughout Northwest Florida and surrounding areas. Most work is located within approximately a 2.5-hour radius of Crestview, FL. This is a hands-on supervisory position. We are looking for someone who can lead from the front, maintain high-quality standards, operate equipment, and keep a crew productive while representing our company professionally with customers.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
Lead and work alongside a commercial landscaping/grounds maintenance crew Safely haul large trailers and landscaping equipment Must possess a valid driver's license and meet company and commercial auto insurance requirements to operate company vehicles Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment Ability to work long, physically demanding hours outdoors in Florida heat and varying weather conditions Inspect completed work and ensure properties meet company and customer standards Organize daily work, keep the crew on schedule, and address problems in the field Communicate professionally with commercial customers, property managers, and company management Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and comfortable taking responsibility for a crew Commercial landscaping or grounds-maintenance experience required Irrigation troubleshooting and repair experience preferred We need someone who is comfortable being accountable for the crew, equipment, schedule, and quality of the finished property. This is a good fit for an experienced crew leader or landscaping professional ready to take on more responsibility.Job Location:
