Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Operations Manager to oversee our landscaping projects and maintenance operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that our team delivers high-quality landscape services, including lawn care, tree care, and irrigation management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of horticulture and landscaping practices. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of landscape maintenance and construction projects. Supervise and train a team of landscape professionals to ensure high standards of service. Oversee lawn care, tree care, gardening, and irrigation systems to maintain optimal health and aesthetics of landscapes. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring adherence to timelines. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance management. Experience in construction-related tasks is a plus.
