Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Operations Manager to oversee our landscaping projects and maintenance operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that our team delivers high-quality landscape services, including lawn care, tree care, and irrigation management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of horticulture and landscaping practices. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of landscape maintenance and construction projects. Supervise and train a team of landscape professionals to ensure high standards of service. Oversee lawn care, tree care, gardening, and irrigation systems to maintain optimal health and aesthetics of landscapes. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring adherence to timelines. Conduct regular site inspections to assess the quality of work performed and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide expert recommendations. Maintain inventory of landscaping supplies and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality. Experience Proven experience in landscape maintenance and landscaping operations. Supervising experience in a related field is essential. Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques, tree care practices, irrigation systems, gardening methods, and horticulture principles. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance management. Experience in construction-related tasks is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
