Position Overview Quality By Design is seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead landscape installation projects throughout the Central Florida area. The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of landscape installation experience, proven leadership abilities, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can effectively manage field crews, coordinate daily jobsite activities, and ensure projects are completed on time and according to specifications. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise landscape installation crews on residential and commercial projects.
• Coordinate daily jobsite activities to ensure projects remain on schedule.
• Read and interpret landscape plans and specifications.
• Ensure all work meets Quality By Design's standards for quality and craftsmanship.
• Maintain a safe jobsite and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
• Train, mentor, and motivate crew members.
• Operate and oversee the use of landscaping equipment and tools.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, team members, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor materials, equipment, and labor to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Identify and resolve jobsite challenges while maintaining project timelines. Qualifications
• Minimum of 2+ years of landscape installation experience
• Previous experience leading crews or serving in a foreman role
• Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple jobsite priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
