Job Description

Position Overview Quality By Design is seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead landscape installation projects throughout the Central Florida area. The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of landscape installation experience, proven leadership abilities, and a strong commitment to safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can effectively manage field crews, coordinate daily jobsite activities, and ensure projects are completed on time and according to specifications. Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise landscape installation crews on residential and commercial projects.
Coordinate daily jobsite activities to ensure projects remain on schedule.
Read and interpret landscape plans and specifications.
Ensure all work meets Quality By Design's standards for quality and craftsmanship.
Maintain a safe jobsite and enforce company safety policies and procedures.
Train, mentor, and motivate crew members.
Operate and oversee the use of landscaping equipment and tools.
Communicate effectively with project managers, team members, vendors, and clients.
Monitor materials, equipment, and labor to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Identify and resolve jobsite challenges while maintaining project timelines. Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years of landscape installation experience
Previous experience leading crews or serving in a foreman role
Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
Reliable transportation to and from work
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple jobsite priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
