Core Responsibilities:
Meet with management to review daily project plans and priorities. Lead installation crews performing landscape, hardscape, irrigation, landscape lighting, sod, raised garden beds, and planting projects. Ensure crews have the proper materials, equipment, and tools before each project begins. Maintain safe, clean, and professional job sites. Communicate with homeowners throughout projects to provide updates and resolve concerns. Monitor project quality and ensure all work meets company and industry standards. Train and mentor crew members while promoting teamwork and efficiency.
