Job Description

Landscape Production Manager Job OverviewLerch Brothers, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our high-end landscape construction operations. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a passion for enhancing luxury outdoor spaces, and the ability to build and maintain a high-performing team. This role ensures that all complex installations, including outdoor living spaces and custom pools, are executed efficiently and to our exacting standards. While full proficiency in English is required, the ability to converse in Spanish with our diverse field crews is highly preferred.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily landscape construction activities, focusing heavily on the installation of premium outdoor living spaces and pools.

Build, lead, and motivate a skilled team of diverse landscape professionals, providing ongoing training and support.

Develop and implement effective construction schedules to guarantee the timely completion of all projects.

Monitor the quality of work performed, ensuring strict adnce to company standards and client expectations.

Manage the inventory of landscaping supplies and equipment, ensuring all necessary materials are available on-site.

Conduct regular job site inspections to assess progress, enforce safety standards, and proactively address any issues.

Collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Qualifications & RequirementsExperience:
Minimum of 5 years of landscape construction experience as a Crew Leader or Foreman is strictly required, with at least 2 years in Landscape Production Management highly preferred.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong background in best practices for landscape construction, including masonry, grading, and plant installation.
Equipment Operation:
Proven ability to operate heavy machinery safely, specifically excavators, skid loaders, and front end loaders.
Driving Credentials:
Must possess a valid Driver's License, the ability to drive a truck and trailer, and the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card. (A CDL is a major plus).
Language Skills:
The ability to read and write in English is required; conversational Spanish is strongly preferred.
Physical Demands:
The ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs routinely throughout a 10-hour shift.
Administrative Skills:
Must possess basic computer skills and the ability to perform basic takeoff calculations in the field.
