We're looking for a leader who can build. At The Guy Outdoor Services, we create outdoor spaces that stand out — what we call "Creating Neighbor Envy." From patios and retaining walls to full landscape transformations, our work is built to last and done right the first time. Please Read Before Applying Do not apply if your experience is limited to lawn maintenance, mowing, or basic landscaping. This role requires hands-on hardscape installation experience including: Paver patios Retaining walls Base prep and grading This is not an entry-level position . What You'll Do Lead a crew on hardscape and landscape installation projects Execute high-quality installs (patios, water features, walls, grading, planting) Read and follow project plans and layouts Manage job flow, efficiency, and daily production goals Operate equipment (skid steer, plate compactor, cut-off saws, etc.) Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Communicate with leadership to keep projects on track What We're Looking For 3+ years of HARDscape installation experience (required) Proven experience installing patios, walls, and proper base prep Ability to lead by example and keep a crew moving Strong work ethic and pride in finished product Ability to solve problems on-site and adjust as needed Experience running equipment is a big plus Pay & Opportunity $28
