Job Description

REQUIRED

Snow/Ice Management Skills a PLUS
Perform landscape maintenance duties such as mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding
Build and maintain gardens, including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
Ensure proper grounds keeping practices are followed to maintain a clean and attractive appearance ```Experience```
Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance or related field For Crew Leaders
Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance or related field For Crew Techs
Proficient in operating landscape machinery such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members To excel in this role, you should have at least 3-5 years of experience in landscape maintenance or a related field.
