A Landscaping or Grounds Supervisor supervises the staff that provide landscaping for residences, parks, public gardens, college campuses or building or office park grounds. Supervises work to care for plants and trees, including mowing, trimming and planting, and work to repair driveways, walks, benches or other structures. Oversees equipment maintenance and transportation, and communicates with residential customers.

Job Description
REQUIRED
- Snow/Ice Management Skills a PLUS
- Perform landscape maintenance duties such as mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding
- Build and maintain gardens, including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Ensure proper grounds keeping practices are followed to maintain a clean and attractive appearance ```Experience```
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance or related field For Crew Leaders
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance or related field For Crew Techs
- Proficient in operating landscape machinery such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members To excel in this role, you should have at least 3-5 years of experience in landscape maintenance or a related field.
