A&T Mechanical is looking for a Plumbing Manager to lead, develop, and grow our plumbing division. Position Overview The Plumbing Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the plumbing department, including service and install , while developing technicians, improving performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires someone who can lead from the front , hold the team accountable, and continuously push the department to exceed industry standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage Plumbing Service and Install teams Drive revenue performance while maintaining quality workmanship Train, coach, and develop technicians at all skill levels Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, correctly, and to company standards Maintain strong communication with dispatch, warehouse, and leadership Review timesheets, job performance, and technician productivity Hold team members accountable to company expectations and core values Assist in hiring, onboarding, and retaining top talent Ensure proper use of tools, materials, and company resources Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience What We're Looking For Proven leadership experience in plumbing (Service and/or Install) Journeyman Plumber license preferred Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems Ability to train and develop technicians High level of accountability and communication Experience managing teams, schedules, and performance metrics Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Commitment to integrity and doing the job right What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance (eligible after 60 days) Paid time off Company vehicle (based on role requirements) Growth opportunities within a fast-growing company A team environment focused on people, performance, and purpose Our Core Values People Customer Service Exceeding Industry Standards Integrity Why A&T Mechanical?
