Tulsa, OK Pay:
$50, 000+ annually, depending on experience The Landscape Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating landscape crews while actively participating in the installation and maintenance of residential and commercial landscape projects. This position requires strong leadership skills, landscaping expertise, and the ability to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of landscape construction, landscaping, or crew leadership experience Experience operating and maintaining landscape equipment and machinery Knowledge of landscape installation, irrigation systems, hardscapes, retaining walls, and plant materials Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to read and execute project plans and specifications Must be professional, dependable, and customer-focused Ability to work independently and lead a crew in a fast-paced outdoor environment Must be 21 years of age or older Must possess a valid driver' s license with a clean driving record Must have reliable transportation Ability to lift to 80 pounds and perform physically demanding outdoor work Ability to work in varying weather conditions year-round Must be honest, reliable, and trustworthy Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate landscape crews and daily jobsite activities Organize materials, equipment, and labor to ensure projects stay on schedule Install and maintain landscaping, irrigation systems, retaining walls, patios, and other outdoor features Operate trucks, trailers, skid steers, blowers, trimmers, chainsaws, and other landscape equipment Snow removal (shoveling, ATV, Truck) Ensure all work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards Promote a safe work environment for employees, customers, and the public Communicate effectively with customers and management regarding project progress Conduct final inspections and ensure jobsite cleanliness before project completion Maintain vehicles, equipment, and tools assigned to the crew Schedule Monday through Friday Full-Time 40-45 Hours Per Week Occasional Overtime and Seasonal Hours as Needed
