Position Summary:
Perform commercial and residential landscape maintenance while receiving hands-on training in safe equipment operation and professional property care.
Primary Responsibilities:
Mow commercial and residential properties using commercial mowers.
Edge, string trim, and blow sidewalks and curbs.
Trim shrubs and small trees.
Install mulch and seasonal flowers.
Inspect sprinklers and report maintenance issues.
Load, unload, clean, and maintain equipment.
Follow company safety procedures and work outdoors in Texas weather.
Qualifications:
Reliable transportation
Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
Willing to work outdoors in the Texas heat.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
