Landscape Subcontractor Landscaping Partnerships Plano, TX Job Details Contract $50,000 - $200,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Referral program Qualifications Grounds edging Customer communication Tree care Outdoor work experience Outdoor debris cleaning Property maintenance Landscaping Full Job Description We are reviewing independent landscaping contractors and owner-operators for customer projects throughout Plano and surrounding North Dallas communities. This is a paid, project-based 1099 subcontractor role . It is not an hourly or salaried W-2 position. We are interested in established landscaping businesses and experienced owner-operators that have their own transportation, equipment, insurance, and capacity for additional customer work. Projects May Include Lawn mowing and landscape maintenance Edging, trimming, and blowing Hedge and shrub pruning Mulch and landscape-bed maintenance Plant and landscape installation Sod installation and lawn renovation Irrigation service and repair Property cleanups Outdoor debris and branch removal Drainage and grading Tree and storm cleanup Decorative rock installation Hardscape and landscape-improvement projects Recurring property maintenance You are not required to provide every service listed. How It Works Projects are matched based on the contractor's services, pricing, service area, availability, crew capacity, equipment, and the customer's requested scope. Contractors maintain control over their own operations and determine whether an individual project is appropriate before accepting it. Project scope and compensation are established before accepted work begins. Compensation Pay is determined on a project-by-project basis. Typical smaller completed projects may range from approximately $200-$1,500 , depending on the work required. Larger landscape, installation, drainage, irrigation, hardscape, and property-improvement projects may pay more based on scope, materials, labor, equipment, and agreed terms. Project volume and weekly earnings are not guaranteed . Contractor Requirements Applicants should generally have: Landscaping business or independent owner-operator setup EIN and completed W-9 capability Business general liability insurance Reliable vehicle and transportation Appropriate landscaping tools/equipment Ability to complete projects independently Professional customer communication Ability to provide job documentation and photos when required We Are Particularly Interested In Companies or owner-operators performing: Residential lawn care Commercial grounds maintenance Irrigation Landscape installation Sod Cleanups Drainage Hardscape Tree/branch work Property maintenance If your company has room for additional customer projects, apply through Indeed.
